For well over 2,000 years mindfulness has been a practice in almost every culture and religion on the planet. Since the mid 20th century, modern academia has been looking into the benefits of these universal practices - sitting, placing your attention on the present, and noticing your mind wander so you can return to the present. In the last few decades hundreds of articles have been published in numerous journals showing the efficacy of mindfulness practices for improvement in resielency, clarity, reactivity, emotional regulation, focus, communication, and many more. Basically, mindfulness meditation will help you, and your teams, be your best.

I am certified to teach Mindfulness Meditation through Dharma Moon and Tibet House since 2023. This practice requires no belief system, though its origin is in buddhism over 2,500 years ago. The short book, The Wisdom of No Escape by Pema Chodron outlines this practice in detail along with its benefits, challenges, and supports.
